Here’s what to gather before your site build begins (or what you may already have collected if you're nearing launch):

  • Logo files (transparent PNGs or SVGs if possible)

  • Professional photos (headshots, product images, lifestyle shots, etc.)

  • Written copy for your main pages (Home, About, Services, Contact)

  • Social media links and usernames

  • Any login info you'll need to connect platforms (Instagram, scheduling tools, email lists, etc.)

  • Your brand info (colors, fonts, values, tone if already defined)

  • Legal content (privacy policy, terms & conditions, disclaimers if needed)

  • FAQs, testimonials, or pricing details for service-based businesses

Don’t worry if you don’t have all of this ready at once — start with what you can, and build from there.
